All transfers created using this design must be printed in-house by the original purchaser. Outsourcing production to any third-party printer, manufacturer, fulfillment company, or transfer service is not permitted under this license.

Under this license, you may:

• Create your own physical transfers, including DTF, sublimation, screen print, UV DTF, and similar transfer methods.

• Sell transfers that are printed entirely by you using your own equipment.

• Use the design on physical merchandise such as shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, hats, and other finished products for resale.

• Create and sell finished physical products for personal or small business commercial use.

• This license is issued exclusively to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, assigned, or resold.

• Purchasing this license grants usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.

• All digital artwork remains the exclusive intellectual property of ✨Tingler Design Co!✨ at all times.

🚫 RESTRICTIONS 🚫

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Outsourcing the printing or production of transfers to any third-party business or service.

• Selling, sharing, gifting, trading, emailing, or otherwise distributing the digital files.

• Uploading the artwork to websites, marketplaces, cloud storage, social media groups, or file-sharing platforms where others can access the files.

• Claiming the artwork as your own or removing ownership information.

• Editing, tracing, recoloring, or modifying the design for the purpose of selling or distributing it as a digital download.

• Allowing another individual or business to use this license or the purchased files.
