DIGITAL DESIGN & CLIPART LICENSE TERMS

By purchasing or downloading a digital design from Tingler Design Co., you agree to the terms below. These policies may be updated or changed at any time.

DIGITAL FILE INFORMATION

• This listing is for a digital product only. No physical item will be shipped.
• Files are provided as finished PNG graphics with transparent backgrounds.
• PNG files are supplied at 300 DPI.
• Designs are intended for use with compatible design software and printing equipment. Please ensure you have the proper software and knowledge needed to use the files before purchasing.
• Digital downloads are provided without watermarks.
• Because this is a digital product, all sales are final and refunds are not offered for digital downloads.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

Your purchase gives you permission to use the design for your own finished physical products and completed digital creations.

You may:

• Print the design on physical products such as shirts, sweatshirts, hats, tumblers, cups, water bottles, cards, stickers, and similar items.
• Create and sell finished physical products featuring the purchased design.
• Produce and sell physical transfers, including sublimation, screen-print transfers, HTV, and similar transfer products.
• Incorporate the design into completed digital artwork for use on social media posts, advertisements, digital cards, and other finished graphics.

USING CLIPART OR ELEMENTS

If your purchase contains individual clipart or design elements, those elements cannot be sold, shared, or distributed by themselves.

Clipart and individual elements must be incorporated into a larger, completed design.

When creating a finished design using Tingler Design Co. elements:

• Your final design must contain substantial original additions.
• At least 50% of the completed design must consist of your own creative work.
• Add your own text, artwork, backgrounds, additional graphics, layout, or other original elements.
• Purchased elements may not be the only prominent component of the finished design.
• Individual elements should be incorporated into and interact with your overall design rather than being presented as standalone artwork.
• Finished designs may not simply consist of an element placed on a background or paired with a basic font and then resold as a new design.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Claiming Tingler Design Co. artwork as your own original artwork.
• Editing, tracing, recoloring, altering, or modifying an individual element and reselling it as your own standalone artwork.
• Selling, gifting, trading, or sharing the original digital files.
• Uploading the files to file-sharing websites, groups, drives, or other distribution platforms.
• Providing the original files to customers, friends, family, or other third parties.
• Reselling or redistributing the artwork in its original digital format.
• Creating another digital file that is intended to reproduce or replace the purchased digital file.
• Using the artwork to create products that are essentially copies of the original design for the purpose of bypassing these licensing terms.
• Outsourcing the creation of products using the purchased artwork. Products using the designs must be created by you or within your own business operations.
• Posting or displaying unwatermarked versions of the purchased artwork as a standalone design.
• Selling the purchased clipart or elements separately from a completed design.

MOCKUPS & PREVIEWS

Any mockups, previews, or promotional images containing Tingler Design Co. artwork must remain appropriately protected.

You may not use unwatermarked versions of the artwork in a way that allows others to extract, download, copy, or reproduce the original design.

DIGITAL FILE SECURITY

Your purchase is for one purchaser/business only.

Please do not:

• Share files with other designers.
• Upload files to Facebook groups, Google Drive, Dropbox, file-sharing sites, or similar platforms.
• Place files in shared folders where others can access them.
• Give another person access to your purchased files.
• Distribute the files in any form.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All artwork and digital files remain the intellectual property of Tingler Design Co.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork to you.

You are purchasing a limited license to use the artwork according to these terms.

You may not claim ownership of, copyright, trademark, or authorship over Tingler Design Co. artwork.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Tingler Design Co. reserves the right to terminate a customer's license and restrict future purchases if these terms are violated.

This includes, but is not limited to, file sharing, unauthorized redistribution, recreating artwork for resale, participating in file-dump or sharing groups, or assisting others in obtaining or reproducing protected files.

If your license is terminated, you must immediately stop using the affected artwork.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience a problem with your digital file, please contact Tingler Design Co. so we can help resolve the issue.

Please do not redistribute or share a file because of a technical problem.

IMPORTANT

By purchasing or downloading from Tingler Design Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these licensing terms.

Tingler Design Co. reserves the right to update these policies and terms at any time.
